Musical prodigy “Sugar Chile” performs at age 2.
Some think this is a young Little Richard, but he’s really “Sugar Chile” Robinson, born Frank Robinson in 1938, who scored two R&B hits in 1949 including “Numbers Boogie” which reached #4 on the charts.
